​Karl has over 35 years of experience in leadership and senior financial and management positions for sizable private firms and several NYSE stock held firms. 

 

Mr. Olsen has held advisory and board positions on local, state and national real estate, economic development and business associations.  He has written successful economic development legislation targeted for businesses and the real estate industry. 

​

Mr. Olsen holds an MBA from Babson University - Franklin W. Olin School of Business, focused in Strategic Planning and Finance, the No. 1 ranked MBA program for Entrepreneurship in the USA, now for over 30 years. 

 

He is a graduate of Bentley University with degrees in Accounting, Finance and Economics.   Mr. Olsen has completed studies at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, the American Real Estate Academy and the Northwest Center for Professional Development. He is a graduate of Leadership, RI.
